Advent Quiet Day on Friday 27th November in the Edward candle glowKing chapel, led by Bishop Humphrey Southern.

The full timetable for the day is:
9.15-10am Morning Prayer and Address I in Chapel, silence begins
12noon-1pm Eucharist and Address II in Chapel
Lunch at the Bat and Ball
3.15-4pm Evening Prayer and Address III in Chapel, silence ends
4pm Tea in the common room

Countdown to Christmas

is a family friendly event on Sunday 29th November at 11 am in St Giles’ church beginning with coffee and cakes and followed by a talk, songs by the children of Horspath Nursery, a reading and prayer. Afterwards you are welcome to meet Santa in the Hub at the Nursery’s Christmas fete.

Advent Carol Service at 6 pm on 29th November at All Saints’ Cuddesdon.

A candlelit service with readings, hymns and anthems sung by the students of the college.
